Minekey, a Sunnyvale start-up developing an online search personalization and recommendation service, has secured $600,000 of a $3 million first round of venture capital led by New Enterprise Associates, according to a regulatory filing cited by PE Week.

A look at the founder Delip Andra’s blog reveals the company was incubated out of Indian university IIT Kharagpur for more than a year. It says it will be launching the service in early 2007.
