Mint Software, a Sunnyvale, Calif.-based provider of online personal finance management tools, has raised $750,000, according to a regulatory filing cited by PE Week.
We remember bumping into the founder of Mint several months ago, but he wouldn’t reveal many details.
The company says it wants to offer a free, easy and secure personal finance manager available online from anywhere.
Backers include First Round Capital, Felicis Ventures and Ron Conway.
